At Yorkshire Heat Pumps we like to walk the walk as well as talk the talk which The Yorkshire Post found out when they came to do a profile piece on the gradual greening of our home.
We featured in The Yorkshire Post Magazine last week in an article that explored the steps we have taken over the years to gradually make our converted Dales barn greener and greener.
The piece explores our home and our lifestyle, and looks at the savings we are making and revenue we are earning thanks to green technologies. Our ground source heat pump and solar thermal panel bring in quarterly payments over seven years under the government's Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme, and our Solar PV panels provide a revenue stream for 20 years through the Feed in Tariff.
